- 2 green chillies
- Handful coriander -mint leaves
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- As per taste Salt
- For tempering chutney
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 red chillies
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp urad dal
Steps to make to make Mysore Bonda with Coconut Chutney
- Take curd in a bowl,add baking soda and salt.Blend well.

- Add all-purpose flour in batches and mix well. Add rice flour and coconut. Mix with hands for 2-3 minutes.

- Add coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger.Mix.Now stretch the batter to get an elastic consistency. If required, add a little water and mix.


- Cover and leave for 1 hour to get a better result.
- Heat a kadhai/wok. Add oil and heat. Dip your fingers in water and make bonda,drop-in heated oil. Fry on medium flame till golden.
