  23. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  24. 2 red chillies
  25. 5-6 curry leaves

Steps to make to make Mysore Bonda with Coconut Chutney

  1. Take curd in a bowl,add baking soda and salt.Blend well.
  2. Add all-purpose flour in batches and mix well. Add rice flour and coconut. Mix with hands for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilies, and ginger.Mix.Now stretch the batter to get an elastic consistency. If required, add a little water and mix.
  4. Cover and leave for 1 hour to get a better result.
  5. Heat a kadhai/wok. Add oil and heat. Dip your fingers in water and make bonda,drop-in heated oil. Fry on medium flame till golden.
