  6. Batter is ready for use.
  7. Heat a tava on medium high flame.
  8. Once it is hot, sprinkle drops of water & wipe it with a wet cloth.
  9. Mix the batter well with the ladle.
  10. Pour a ladle of battar & spread it into a thin dosa.
  11. Drizzle oil all over.
  12. Just cook on one side, fold the dosa & remove.
  13. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
