  4. Now on the other side take the sugar, add less than 1/4 cup water and make sugar syrup until it gets 1 string consistency
  5. Add lemon to the sugar syrup. Now start making jilebi by squeezing the batter into a circular shape directly into oil. Guys keep the flame low or else everything will break
  6. Fry till the bubbles settle and then immediately transfer it to the sugar syrup. Leave it for 5 mins. Serve it hot by garnishing with chopped badam🤤
