- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala

- 1/4 capsicum red
- 1/4 capsicum green
- 1 Tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 Green chilli
- 1/2 " piece grated ginger
- As required Cooking Oil
Instructions to make to make Super Healthy Pancake
- Add all 5 flours and oats in a mixing bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, cumin seeds and curd and mix well.



- Add water slowly stirring the mixture to avoid formation of lumps. Adjust the consistency of batter by adding water. Rest for 15 minutes.

- Wash, peel and chop onion, tomato, ginger and red and green capsicums.

- After 15 minutes mix all the chopped vegetables in the batter and mix gently.

- Heat a non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour 2 tb of batter and spread. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip again and roast for 2 minutes.



- Like wise make all the pancakes.

- Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice. A very nutritious and healthy breakfast.
