- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon dhania jeera powder
- 2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- as needed Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Steps to make to make Rasiya muthiya
- In a mixing bowl take left over rice and mix all ingredients mentioned in'for muthiya'.


- Make oval or round shape balls from it. Keep aside.

- In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- When crackles add asafoetida and dry red chillies.
- Add crushed garlic and saute for sometimes.

- Add approximate 1 cup water and allow it to boil.
- Add whisked curd and mix well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder and sugar. Mix well.

- When it comes to boil add prepared muthiya.

- Cover with lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy with roti, Paratha or bhakhri.
