  1. IDLI__wash all the ingredients separately except salt soak for3-4hrs, Grind it.mix all along with salt, leave overnight for fermentation,pour it in greased Idli stand & steam for 15 min in cooker without using whistle
  2. For sambhar..In pressure cooker put washed Tuar dal+2cup of water+turmeric powder+salt cook for 1whistle,slow the flame for min.let it cool add all the veggie veggies, sambhar masala.and cook for 1 whistle.after cooling open the lid add imlipulp and jaggeri cook for 5min on slow flame. In tadka pan heat the oil and add all the ingredients pour it in cooker
  3. Take roasted splited gram or peanuts add all ingredients and grind well.
