- 3 tbsp curd
- as required Chopped curry leaves
- 2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Haldi powder
- As per taste Red chilli powder
- 1.5 tbsp Jeera powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- to taste Salt
- For frying:
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- As required Oil
- For Tempering:
- 3-4 Slit green chillies
- Handful Curry leaves
- Few onions cubes
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- 1/2 tsp sarso
- 1 tbsp curd
- 1 tsp Red colour or Kashmiri Lal mirch
Steps to make to make Chicken 65
- Marinate the chicken for 45 mins.


- Coat it with rice flour and cornflour and deep fry them in a kadhai.



- In the same karahi, in the left over oil add the tempering and saute till onion are little translucent.



- In the same dish in which chicken was marinated add 1 tbsp of curd and mix it well with left over masala adding little water, colour or Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add this to the onion, the fried chicken and give a nice stir and serve.
