- Batter is not too much thin or thick.
- Take a portion of mixer in a hand make flate vadas and make whole in middle.
- Heat oil in a wok for fry them
- Fry till golden brown
- Remove the tissue paper for absorb extra oil
- Now serve it with coconut chutney and sambhar too.
